Dr. Mark Schoen returned to the program. His documentary film “TRANS” is an up-close and very personal journey into the transgender world through memorable stories and the unusual lives of these remarkable people. It will have its premiere soon, perhaps at the Berlin Film Festival. Parts of Dr. Schoen’s film were recently shown on the ANDERSON COOPER TV show, and some of the persons appearing in the documentary appeared on that show – including Dr. Christine McGinn. Go to www.TranstheMovie.com for more information. We also discussed Mark’s very successful website www.SexSmartFilms.com – where there are 350 films, many of which are used in college classrooms. Education is always the key to better understanding our sexuality; hence, LOVE, LUST & LAUGHTER!

Dr. Carol Ellison and Dr. Diana spoke about her book “Women’s Sexualities – Generations of Women Share Intimate Secrets of Sexual Self-Acceptance.” This book is an antidote to some toxic cultural ideas about how sex should be. In a time of measured and tabulated sexual proficiency, the many women who appear in “Women’s Sexualities” help all of us see that it’s actually more important to have a sexuality of your own pacing and making. In this program, Part 1, Dr. Carol explained the path to sexual womanhood – including sexual discoveries and boundaries. Next week, on December 6th, Part 2, we will discuss sexual partners, licit and illicit – as well as many erotic pleasures.
